Freestanding banner for table-top shows.

Goal:
  1. Eye-catching image consistent with company look.
  2. Quickly communicate what the company is selling.
  3. Easy setup and tear-down.
Tactics:

Used a concise product message that can be read from a distance.

Kept the images and colors consistent with current promotional material.

32-inch wide banner can easily resize for use on a table or on the floor.

Booth can be shipped via UPS in just one case (reducing drayage costs).

Banner and collateral can be hand carried by a salesperson to and from an event.

All parts are clearly labeled with set-up instructions. No tools are required.

Booth Back Wall Design: The logo was placed at top on a white background under lights so it is highly visible. We used an enlarged image of the "TimeSpring woman". The image is eye-catching and works well to bring the visitors eye to the message. If necessary, a new message could be applied to the back wall without the expense of reprinting all the panels.

  2. Quickly communicate what the company is selling.
  3. Easy setup and tear-down.
Tactics:

Put a concise product message on a freestanding retractable banner.

  • Banner can be positioned to catch attention of passing traffic. For example, at the side or back of the booth, depending on circumstances.

  • Banner can be used independently of booth. For example, in a space less than 10-foot wide, in a hallway or on a table-top (the height is adjustable).

  • Changing the message is less expensive on a banner than on a booth wall.

Kept the images and colors consistent with current promotional material.

Booth and accessories can be shipped via UPS.

Banner Design: Short copy in large type that can be read from outside the booth.
Place logo on bottom. In a booth situation, the logo is shown elsewhere. On a tabletop, the banner height can be lowered without losing the product message.

Booth Back Wall Design: The logo was placed at top on a white background under lights so it is highly visible. We used an enlarged image of the "TimeSpring man". The image is eye-catching and works well with the rounded ends of the booth.
